This is a special collaboration with Butterfly Bakery and a fundraiser for Bee the Change (pollinators!) 10% of sales will be donated. They will have many sauces to dip your chicken in and Barr Hill will be there with some delicious bee friendly beverages.

Get ready for the ultimate local pasture raised fried chicken dinner featuring mouth watering golden, crispy, GF chicken from our farm. 

A single dinner includes: 3 drumsticks, a side of organic slaw and 1 piece of maple cornbread.

Our commitment to quality shines through with our chicken sourced right from our farm. Taste the difference in every juicy and tender bite.

We have some dessert options, additional cold beverages and other goodies that would accompany your dinner well.

Please bring a blanket or chairs to enjoy your picnic at our farm. There will be a few lawn games and water available. We have some tables and chairs under our shelter if weather is an issue.

INGREDIENTS: 

Chicken - brined in buttermilk overnight. Dredged in local organic cornmeal and secret spices!

Chicken is fried in beef tallow

Cornbread - buttermilk, local maple syrup, sugar, AP Flour, MWF eggs, salt, baking powder

GF Cornbread (please request in the NOTES!) Almond Flour is substituted

Slaw - local organic vegetables, mayo, white vinegar, S&P, sugar and celery seed
