Why choose local meat? What's the meaning of terms like "grass-fed," "Vermont-raised," "organic" and "pastured"? What does it take to get from farm to table? We'll explore this and more at our series kick-off.


Doors open at 5:00pm with cash bar and snacks by Guild Fine Meats and City Market.
