City Market and the Intervale Center have teamed up to create a new exploratory series called The Dish. With support from ArtsRiot, we’ll host quarterly panel discussions to dive into hotfood issues with the help of local experts.

Why choose local meat? What's the meaning of terms like "grass-fed," "Vermont-raised," "organic" and "pastured"? What does it take to get from farm to table? We'll explore this and more at our series kick-off.

 

Doors open at 5:00pm with cash bar and snacks by Guild Fine Meats and City Market.

 

FREE! $5 suggested donation to benefit the Intervale Center accepted online or at the door.
